OCU's dear friend and one of the world's great tap dancers, Buster Brown, passed away May 7th. Buster received our Living Treasure in American Dance Award in 1997 and was recently (February) awarded an Honorary Doctor of Performing Arts in American Dance degree from Oklahoma City University.

A new website has been created in honor of Buster Brown, highlighting his life as a dancer. This new site gives a detailed look at this tap legend by supplying newspaper articles, photo galleries, and reflections from people whose lives have been touched by Dr. Buster Brown.

Our loss of Buster should remind us of how precious our moments together are.
