Interested dancers wishing to be considered for admission to the undergraduate
dance program and a dance scholarship should register for the Dance
at OCU! Admission & Scholarship Audition held twice a year.
Each audition has different guidelines and procedures. The registration deadline for the Dance Admission and Scholarship audition is the Tuesday before each audition.
The dance program will not accept admission audition registrations or video submissions from auditioners with ACT scores below 19 or SAT scores below 920 (excluding writing test) for the performance major, or ACT scores below 21 or SAT scores below 1000 (excluding writing test) for the dance management and American dance teacher major, or where this information has not been provided. THESE SCORES ARE REQUIRED INFORMATION AND MAY NOT BE OMITTED.
Transfer students are required to submit college transcripts to be evaluated to be eligible to audition. Transcripts may be sent prior to registering for the audition or immediately after registering. Transcripts do not have to be official copies.
