St. Louis Tap Festival

Jo Rowan, the founder and chairman of the OCU Dance Program, joined many famous tap teachers from across the country and around the world as a faculty member of the 2000 St. Louis Tap Festival. She taught ballet classes for tap dancers where she focused on balance, leaps, upper body movement, and turns with the feet in a parallel position.
