Summer Suzuki String Program is a half-day program (9AM - 12 noon) for students age 4 – 9. This program is perfect for children who have never played or studied an instrument.

The Suzuki Method allows young children to play an instrument before they have the ability to read music. By listening and imitation, children are able to quickly adapt to an instrument. The Performing Arts Academy is one of the few locations in the state of Oklahoma certified to provide Suzuki instruction.

Students select either Suzuki violin or Suzuki guitar studies. Students receive instrumental classroom training and an introduction to music theory through class instruction.

To apply for this program, please complete the summer application, which may be found here.
