- Bachelor of Music degree in Oboe Performance from Indiana University.
- Master's of Music degree in Oboe Performance from the University of Oklahoma.
Performance Experience:
- Performed in the prestigious Spoleto Festival of Two Worlds in Charleston, SC and Spoleto, Italy.
- Former principal oboe, Utica Symphony and Lawton Philharmonic.
- Former member, Minnesota Wind Soloists quintet
- Principal oboist, Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
- New Hampshire Music Festival
Teaching Experience:
- Taught at the MacPhail Center for the Arts
- Joined OCU faculty in 1986.
