How to Apply
Undergraduates
First-Time Freshmen will need to submit the following materials to the Office of Admission:The OCU Application for Admission. You can apply online (see instructions below) or download and complete the application and mail it to us. A $50 non-refundable application fee. Official copy of your high school transcript. Talk to your high school counselor about using the XAP Transcript Exchange. Go to OKCollegeStart.org to choose the Post-secondary institutions you would like to release your transcripts to. If you do not have a high school diploma or are home schooled, call the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at (800) 633-7242 for information on how to apply. Official copy of your ACT or SAT score report, which may be included on your high school transcript. Completed High School Counselor Recommendation Form. If you'd like to transfer to Oklahoma City University from another college or university, you must have a 2.0 grade point average from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning and be in good standing with the institution you last attended.The OCU Application for Admission. Official high school transcript if you've earned less than 29 hours of college credit. Fill out and submit the Dean of Students Recommendation Form. Instructions for applying online Oklahoma City University's secure system takes the hassle out of applying for admission. You can complete the form over multiple sessions, submit the form, pay your admission fee, and check the status of your application--all online! Here's what you need to do: Create your V.I.P. account if you're a U.S. citizen and applying for admission to Oklahoma City University's undergraduate or graduate programs. Once your account is set up, you can use it to edit your information as well as submit your application to the Office of Admissions. International students must use the international student application for admission. Fill out your application. Make corrections to your data as necessary. The system will let you know if you've made a mistake. Save/pay/send in your application. You'll see this feature at the bottom of the last page of the application. Pay your application fee. Make note of your username and password...you'll need them to get into the secure system.
