GETTING STARTED...
The School of Adult & Continuing Education is Oklahoma City University’s adult degree completion program. It features a flexible and accelerated format with eight-week classes on weekday nights, weekends and online. Through portfolios, you can receive credit for college level work experience and learning. You can choose from a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies with Concentrations in Business or Accounting. Bachelor of Science Degree, Behavioral Studies Major. Bachelor of Arts Degree,Liberal Studies with a Concentration in Mass Communications or Organizational Communication. Bachelor of Arts Degree, Liberal Studies Major.
Below are the steps to beginning the process of becoming an Oklahoma City University student.
1. Complete and submit an application for admissions
2. Send official (sent institution to institution) transcripts from each school you have attended, including vocational school and military transcripts to the address below.
Transcripts stamped "issued to student" will not be considered official.

3. Complete a Dean of Students’ Recommendation Form from the last school you attended.
4. Complete and submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov
Transcript evaluations require an application for admission and all official transcripts to be received by the School of Adult & Continuing Education.
Once all official documents have been received the student will then be contacted by the SACE office for an advising session with Associate Director Karen Dickerson (405)208-5835 or kdickerson@okcu.edu.
