Chris Black

Director of Communications and Outreach, Kramer School of Nursing

Christopher Black earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2000 and a Masters of Business Administration (2010) at Oklahoma City University. He has been part of the Oklahoma City University staff since 2007, has participated in numerous campus committees and leadership roles, and currently serves as Director of Communications and Outreach for the Kramer School of Nursing. He also fills several roles at El Sistema Oklahoma, a partnership between Bass School of Music and St. Luke’s UMC. Chris further remains an active musician, playing bass a wide variety of genres and ensembles.

Jacey (Jedlicka) Trout has been working as an accountant at Chesapeake Energy for the past five years in the Accounts Payable department and was recently promoted to Accountant II in the Revenue department. She will be graduating with a Master of Science in Energy Management in May 2018 from Oklahoma City University. She currently serves as an active member of OCU’s Meinders Energy Association as well as Young Professionals in Energy - Oklahoma City Division. Jacey also volunteers for Oklahoma Czechs, Inc. and has been an active board member for the past five years.

John Riesenberg (BSB, 2011; MS; 2015) works in Public & Government Affairs for Devon Energy Corporation. Prior to that John worked in Economic Development for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. John serves on a mobilization and communication committees in Oklahoma, Texas and for the American Petroleum Institute. He also serves on the Board for the Uptown 23rd District.  John is passionate about Oklahoma City and its flagship University.

Andrew Holder serves as the Assistant Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Elite in Oklahoma City. He is originally from Alva, Oklahoma, and was drawn to OCU by former university President Tom McDaniel (former resident of Alva), and OCU’s commitment to servant leadership. He currently serves on the OCU Alumni Board, Oklahoma City Midtown Rotary Board, and actively volunteers with his church and other various organizations. When not volunteering, you can find Andrew flying or enjoying time with his beautiful wife, Kirsten, that he met while at OCU.

Kirsten Holder is a web marketing professional, currently practicing at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. There she manages all marketing, including digital and print ads, social media, email and website communications for the Museum. Within the first year of her museum career, Holder worked at The Museum Store where she doubled website sales and created and implemented a marketing plan that was otherwise nonexistent. She was promoted to Digital Marketing Manager during her fourth year at the Museum, then to Senior Marketing Manager 10 months later. Her previous work history includes marketing positions at Teleflora, LLC, and Jordan Advertising in Oklahoma City. Mrs. Holder holds a B.A. in Mass Communications (Graphic Design and Advertising) from Oklahoma City University (OCU), and is also the proud recipient of an Excellence Award in Mass Communications from OCU. Holder serves many community organizations throughout Oklahoma City, including the Oklahoma City University Alumni Board, Midtown Oklahoma City Rotary Club, AD2OKC, Central Oklahoma Humane Society, Sunbeam Family Services, P.E.O., and the children’s ministry at LifeChurch.tv. Focused and driven with a passion for servant leadership, Holder strives to bring strategic and analytic improvement to every project she begins.

Dr. W. Christopher Hudson

Dr. W. Christopher Hudson’s career spans two diverse industries. Before entering
education, his experience included the communications/advertising/marketing and B-to-C sales environments. Chris has worked with nationally recognized organizations including McDonald’s restaurants, Hardee’s food systems, GTE Telephone and the University of Phoenix. His career also has a share of time serving as a platform presenter and spokesperson in commercial/industrial training videos, consumer broadcast, and print advertisements.

Chris has served on a number of community and organizational service committees. Some are the Toastmasters International, Rising Phoenix Chapter; United Way of Greater Oklahoma City, Media Committee; the Oklahoma City Ad Club Past Presidents Council; and the Communications Committee and Nurture Committee at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. Most recently, his focus has been on diversity and inclusion participating in the Diversity Summit hosted by the University of Phoenix and serving as the Diversity Champion for the state of Oklahoma. Additionally, he served on the Diversity Task Force at Oklahoma City University as an Alumni Representative.

Dr. Hudson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Oklahoma City
University. A Master of Business Administration, a Graduate Professional Certificate in Marketing and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.

Jennifer Seal, BMVE and BA '98 has been a member of the Alumni Board for two years (is that true?).  She has been active in the revitalization of Uptown 23rd as well as serving as an adviser for her sorority at OCU, Alpha Chi Omega.  Jennifer also co-sponsors the Rotaract Club on campus. Jennifer's career has been spent supporting public education, first as a teacher of US History, and now as the President of the Putnam City Schools Foundation.  She and her husband, also an OCU alumni, reside in Oklahoma City with their dog Eleven.

Adria (Morgan) Sprigler (BSB, 2003) currently works for Stonebridge Consulting as a Principal Consultant focusing on Oil and Gas Data Management and System implementations.  Prior to working at Stonebridge Adria spent 12 years at Chesapeake Energy in various roles including Project Manager, Manager of Drilling Systems and Technology, and Manager of Master Data Management. She is involved with the Junior League of Oklahoma City and a member of The Professional Petroleum Data Management Association.  Adria is married to Brian Sprigler and lives in Edmond, Oklahoma.
