B.S., Pre-Engineering Studies
Dual Degree Program with Washington University in St. Louis
Oklahoma City University is proud to partner with Washington University in St. Louis to offer this “3+2” dual degree program. Students will complete three years of a liberal arts foundation along with rigorous science and math courses.
Qualified students can then transfer to Washington University in St. Louis to complete 2 years of engineering coursework. These students will earn two undergraduate degrees—a B.S., Pre-Engineering Studies degree from OKCU and a B.S., Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
- Degree tracks in Biomedical, Chemical & Environmental, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Students must have ACT Science and Math scores of at least 27 (or SAT Math score of 640), or demonstrated proficiency in high school calculus in order to be admitted unconditionally into OKCU’s program.
- In order to qualify to transfer to Washington University in St. Louis, students must be able to transfer at least 90 credit hours, with a minimum GPA of 3.25 overall and 3.25 in math and science courses, and be recommended by OKCU’s Pre-Engineering program liaison.

Qualified students are eligible to apply for a three-year, full-tuition scholarship to cover OKCU tuition. One scholarship will be awarded annually.APPLY NOW
