2008 OKLAHOMA CITY SCIENCE & ENGINEERING FAIR
Thursday & Friday, February 21 & 22, 2008
Registration Deadline: Friday, February 8, 2008
Completed registration, project forms, and $10 registration fee must be postmarked or hand delivered by Friday, February 8, 2008. Parking, Project Setup, and Round 1 Judging: Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008
Park in lot north of Dawson-Loeffler Science & Mathematics Center (enter lot from NW 27th between Kentucky and Florida Street. Enter building from east or south.

Setup is in Dawson-Loeffler Science & Mathematics Center
Setup Times—2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. All projects must be set up, complete, and include all data, journals and notebooks that are part of the display. No projects accepted after 6:00 p.m.
All parents, students, and teachers must leave the exhibit area by 6:00 p.m. so that judging can begin on time. No exceptions will be allowed, so please plan accordingly. First round judging will begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at approximately 9:00 p.m. All projects will be secured until the reopening of the fair on Friday, February 22.
Round 2 Judging, Public Viewing & Awards: Friday, February 22, 2008
Exhibit room doors open at 8:00 a.m.
Judging — 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Students must remain near their projects during specified times until the judges have finished. During judging, only students whose projects are being judged may be present in the exhibit area. Teachers, parents, and public visitors may NOT be in the exhibit rooms during judging.
Lunch Availability
Box lunches will be available ($6.50 paid in advance with registration). Lunch can also be purchased in the cafeteria located in the University Center.
Public Viewing and Awards
Once judging is finished, which should be by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2008, teachers, parents, and other students are welcome to view the projects. Awards will be presented at 2:00 p.m. in the Kerr McGee Auditorium (located in the Meinders Building).
Parents, students and teachers are responsible for transporting projects to and from the fair. OCU is NOT responsible for projects left at the College by students or teachers after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2008.
