Banning Hall

A Great Freshmen Experience

Banning Hall is a 3-story building, home to 65 freshmen residents, including many of the college’s Honor students. Banning’s hallmark is a thriving and vibrant community. Students are welcome to gather in the main lobby to watch movies, play board games, and study together. The lobby features male and female guest bathrooms, two flat-screen televisions, video gaming systems, an ice maker, a microwave, a water fountain, and two vending machines. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of the building for students’ convenience. As in all of our residence halls, student Resident Assistants (RAs) live in Banning Hall to address concerns of students, help foster a flourishing community, and to ease the transition from home to college life. The Resident Director of Banning Hall also lives on site to supervise RAs and to ensure that residents experience a safe and productive living environment.
