Does CETL provide travel grant assistance for faculty?

We are sorry, but CETL will not be accepting applications for Teaching and Learning Grants for the 2017-2018 fiscal year. 

How do I reserve a CETL Room (for a class or meeting)?

The CETL Spaces are available for classes and meetings on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please visit our CETL Spaces page for more information or to reserve your space.

What workshops will CETL be offering this semester?

CETL will offer 35+ workshops every year on varying topics. To see our scheduled workshops for this semester, visit our Workshops & Events page for more information or to register. 

If I am unable to attend a workshop, is there another way to view the workshop materials?

As of Spring 2017, CETL began offering all OKCU faculty access to our Faculty Development Hub. Through the Hub, faculty can watch recordings of all CETL workshops, gain access to any handouts or learning materials, and even get their Certificate of Participation. Who do I contact if...?

  • I need a manual D2L enrollment or course created (that will NOT show up on the user's transcript or official Banner course list)? - You will need to contact Amanda Dills at aldills@okcu.edu.
  • I have a question about course enrollments or teaching assignments for an academic course? - You will contact Sophia Snider at ssnider@okcu.edu.
  • I have trouble logging in (to Banner or D2L) - You will need to contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@okcu.edu.
  • I need training or assistance with D2l, Turnitin, or Respondus. - You will need to contact Amanda Dills at aldills@okcu.edu.
  • I need training or assistance with email, Skype, or any of the Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc). - You will need to contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@okcu.edu.
  • I need help with IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction (choosing objectives, reading reports, administration questions). For administration questions, contact the CETL Coordinator of Operation, Ashley Riddle @ eariddle@okcu.edu. For faculty interpretation, contact CETL's Director at pmgebb@okcu.edu.
