Before you plan your web project requests, you will need to set up a meeting with your Project Contact person. Large project requests will require a turnaround time of approximately 1–2 months, although some requests may require a longer period of time.

Generally, website support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. However, sometimes university leaders submit critical, time-sensitive, high-priority requests that require immediate attention and may put other projects on hold. If this affects the target completion date for your request, you will be notified of the change as soon as possible.

Small changes to existing sites (i.e., text, photos, links, etc.) may be submitted to Brian Byrne and will be prioritized based on submission date, urgency, and current workload. You will receive email notification upon completion of your web request.

Resources for Web Content Coordinators

All departments can be assigned a content coordinator that will be given access to our content management system. This will allow designated persons to update the text on their sites as needed by the department. Images and documents will need to be emailed to Brian Byrne to be uploaded onto the server.
