Megan Clark
Assist. to the Dance Dept. Chair, Community Dance Center Assist. Director, Pedagogy

Megan Clark wears many hats in the Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Arts Management. She serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Dance Department Chairman, Community Dance Center Assistant Director, Academic Advisor for Dance Performance Majors, and is an Assistant Professor of Dance. Ms. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in American Dance Pedagogy and a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Oklahoma City University, where she was a member of the American Spirit Dance Company and held a multitude of Arts Management positions. Ms. Clark has extensive training in ballet, jazz, musical theatre dance, and tap. More recently, Ms. Clark has had the privilege of teaching dance and master classes throughout the region. She also has professional stage management, performance, and choreographic experience with productions such as the American Spirit Dance Company’s Shows, South Pacific, Coppelia, The Wizard of Oz, and Beauty and the Beast. Specializing in teaching younger children, she is certified in the Leap ‘N Learn ® teaching program, and now works closely with the American Dance Teacher majors while they navigate teaching in the Community Dance Center.
