8th Annual Business & Industry Networking Luncheon

Join us for the 8th Annual Business & Industry Networking Luncheon hosted by the Meinders School of Business and the DECA Collegiate Chapter.

This luncheon provides Meinders business students with the opportunity to meet industry executives and recruiters to talk over lunch about internship and job opportunities they are currently recruiting for.

April 28, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 

Gardner Conference Room, 3rd Floor - Located at the Meinders School of Business on OCU’s campus 26th & McKinley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 


Employer Registration

You can register your representatives and pay online or select to send an invoice.

Employers will have the chance to meet some of our best and brightest business students and faculty members, who are interested in learning about internships/job opportunities currently available. 

Last year, over 120 business students, faculty, and all 3 deans attended. 

The following sponsorships are available.

$100 - Table Sponsorship, 15 available Seating for up to eight people. You may bring up to two representatives, with the remaining seats available to students and/or faculty members.

  1. One sponsor table with seating for eight.
  2. Logo inclusion in the media slideshow shown during the event.
  3. Opportunity to give information and/or giveaways to attendee grab bags.

$300 - Vendor Sponsorship, 5 available Seating for up to eight people. You may bring up to two representatives, with the remaining seats available to students and/or faculty members.

  1. One skirted table and two chairs to display company information. This gives you the opportunity to network with students and faculty before and after the event.
  2. Recognition during the welcome address.
  3. One sponsor table with premier seating for eight towards the front of the room.
  4. Logo inclusion in the media slideshow shown during the event.
  5. Opportunity to give information and/or giveaways to attendee grab bags.

$500 - Presenting Sponsorship, 1 available Seating for up to eight people. You may bring up to two representatives, with the remaining seats available to students and/or faculty members.

  1. Take the podium and present information about your company for up to 15 minutes.  Access to AV, including projector, laptop, microphone, and full-screen display. Deliver your message to up to 200 attendees; comprised of OCU students, faculty and leadership, including the deans of the business school. 
  2. A banner advertisement with links to your career page or company website placed on our website, www.okcu.edu/business.
  3. One skirted table and two chairs to display company information. This gives you the opportunity to network with students and faculty before and after the event.
  4. Recognition during the welcome address.
  5. One sponsor table with premier seating for eight towards the front of the room.
  6. Logo inclusion in the media slideshow shown during the event.
