Deadlines 2008-2009
January 1, 2008 - 2008-2009 FAFSA Application Available On-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Don't forget to list OCU's federal school code (003166) on your FAFSA.
March 3, 2008 - File Completion Deadline for Best Consideration for campus-based federal funds (Perkins, FSEOG, Federal Workstudy) and endowed scholarships for 08-09 Award Year.
The funding for these programs are limited; students who have completed files in the Office of Financial Aid by this date are the most likely to receive assistance from these programs.
April 7, 2008 - Priority Deadline for Summer School Applications.
To have your financial aid packaged by the start of the Summer I term, you must have your file completed by this date.
April 15, 2008 - Final OTAG Deadline - To be considered for OTAG, you must file your FAFSA by April 15th. OTAG funds are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Completion of the FAFSA by April 15th DOES NOT guarantee funding for this award, so apply early.
June 2, 2008 - Priority Deadline for Financial Aid Applications for the 2007-2008 Academic Year. To have your financial aid packaged by the start of the Fall 2008 term, you must return all requested documents for your file to the Office of Financial Aid by this date.
