Welcome to the Office of Student Account Services
The Student Financial Services Office is located at 2501 N. Blackwelder, Room 340, in the Clara Jones Administration Building. Hours of operation are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
We look forward to being able to assist you with a variety of services. Our purpose is to provide quality service to OCU students by helping them with their student accounts, offering cashiering services, issuing OCU Student ID Cards, and ensuring that any financial aid that has been awarded and accepted is accurately reflected on a student’s account. Many of our services are available to the student via the web, including schedules, student status, copies of recent statements and updated account information. Please refer to the links listed at the side.
Payment for each semester is due in full by the first date of class as published in the OCU official academic calendar. An installment plan is available that offers 4 payments in the fall and spring semesters and 3 payments in the summer semester. Contact the Student Financial Services Office for more information on installment plans. You may apply for an installment plan for the Summer 2008 semester by choosing the link listed, completing the application and email, fax or mail it in to the SFS Office. Prior to the beginning of each semester, statements will be sent to your OCU.stu email address ONLY. For more information call 208.5146 or email: bursar @okcu.edu.
All refunds from your student account are done by direct deposit only. Any changes or additions of direct deposit information may be made by choosing the Direct Deposit Application in our list of choices and submiting the form to the Student Financial Services Office for processing. If you do not have a bank account we offer the Chase Debit card. The application for the card is listed on the services menu.
