Employment Program For OCU STUdent PROfessionals

Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students:

Minimum qualifications:
1. Applicants must be currently enrolled students at Oklahoma City University.
2. Applicants must have completed freshman year at OCU with 2.75 GPA.
3. Applicants will submit letter of interest (cover letter), resume, and an OCU staff application with two faculty or staff references.
4. Applicants must agree to a minimum of a one-year commitment to this position.

Responsibilities of the STUdent PROfessional employee:
1. Develop a portfolio of work throughout the project.
2. Attend three events – kickoff, mid-year meeting, and capstone presentations.
3. Make a formal capstone presentation to the campus community.

Salary & Work Schedule:
1. STUdent PROfessionals will earn $10 per hour.
2. STUdent PROfessionals will work 10 hours per week, scheduled around their class schedule each semester.

Mentors must re-apply for 07-08 funding if they wish to continue their current StuPro position.
