Title IX Information

Oklahoma City University is fully committed to compliance with Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, which protects people from discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities which receive federal financial assistance.

Title IX states:

“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance”.

OCU has a designated Title IX Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the University’s compliance with Title IX. Ms. Joey Croslin, Chief Human Resources Officer, is the Title IX Coordinator for Oklahoma City University.
