The Henry J. Freede Wellness Center and its Abe Lemons Arena provide the home court to Oklahoma City University’s basketball, volleyball, Cheer, and wrestling teams. It opened in January 2000, seating 3360.

Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8 pm to 11 pm, the Freede Gym is open for use to anyone who carries an OCU ID.
