Symplicity CSM Employer Reference Guide

Symplicity is a comprehensive, integrated Career Services Management software system, housing information pertaining to students and alumni, employers, jobs, mentors, and special events.  Employers are invited to register at no charge and post on- and off-campus employment opportunities for OCU LAW students and graduates.

The PCDC currently has approximately 6000 employer contacts in Symplicity.

To see if you already have an employer profile in the system, click here and select the 'Request Password' tab to enter your primary email address.

  1. If the system recognizes your email address, a randomly generated password will be emailed to you.
  2. If the system does not recognize your email address, select the 'Register' tab to submit your basic employer profile information. The PCDC will activate your account and a randomly generated password will be emailed to you.
