Participating States
Students who do not plan to take the Oklahoma Bar after graduation may still obtain a limited license to practice law in Oklahoma. The following is a list of state bar licensing entities that permit early law student registration from students who are attending law school out-of-state (as of 2006).
The Oklahoma Bar Association will accept completed character and moral fitness investigations from these states for approval of student applications for a legal intern's license.
