LawLawPalooza 2008 is coming. We are excited to have you at OCU LAW for this amazing event!
Please carefully read the following tips on what to wear, what to expect, and how to contact us. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at lawquestions@okcu.edu.

PARKING AT OCU LAW
Parking is available on the south and west sides of the law school. OCU Police will not be giving tickets, so feel free to park anywhere.
WHAT TO WEAR
This is a casual event. Wear comfortable clothes. You can even change into your LawLawPalooza shirt when you check in!
GUESTS
OCU LAW prides itself on being a family-friendly law school. We welcome your family members, friends, partners, and significant others to all events during LawLawPalooza. We believe that it is important for those who will serve as your support system to become acquainted with the law school environment also.
Your ticket to all the events during LawLawPalooza is covered by OCU LAW. Guests are $20 each and children under 12 are $10 each. You are also provided with a LawLawPalooza t-shirt. Your guests may purchase a t-shirt for $10.
MEALS
Dinner will be at the Bricktown Ballpark. If you requested vegetarian or provided special diet information, we have relayed that information to the caterers.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
CHECK-IN
Check-in will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the Sarkeys Law Center. Get to know Student Ambassadors, current students, and other members of your 1L class.
STUDENT PANEL
Ask current students the questions you have about being a law student at OCU LAW.
ACADEMIC & STUDENT AFFAIRS AND STUDENT BAR ASSOCIATION
Meet in the Homsey Moot Courtroom at 1:00 p.m. Sit back and relax while you have the opportunity to hear information about Academic & Student Affairs. Also, you will learn about opportunities with the Student Bar Association from the SBA President.
ICE CREAM SOCIAL & STUDENT ORGANIZATION FAIR
Beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the Sarkeys atrium, enjoy ice cream from Maggie Moo’s while you meet representatives from 25+ student organizations at OCU LAW. Get your name on their email list now to find out what the organizations are doing during the summer and in Fall 2008. Join a Student Ambassador for an optional tour of the law school and law library during the ice cream social.
BRICKTOWN BALLPARK
The picnic at the park will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the game starts at 7:05 p.m. Click here for directions to the ballpark. There is plenty of parking in Bricktown around the ballpark. Parking generally costs approximately $5. Parking information can be found here.
