Gold Star Christmas Tree Ornament
Dear Oklahoma City University alumni, friends and family,
The OCU School of Law alumni board has commissioned replicas of the Gold Star Memorial Building. These replicas, each hand painted, are ideal Christmas tree ornaments. Each glass ornament was hand blown by craftsmen in Poland and numbered as part of a limited edition of 200. Numbers 4 through 20 are being sold for $150 each. Numbers 21 through 200 are being offered for $75. Numbers 1 through 3 in the series will be auctioned.
Requests for specific numbers will be accommodated on a first come first served basis, for an additional fee of $25 - for instance you might request #76 because you graduated in 1976 or perhaps #25 to celebrate a special wedding anniversary.
These ornaments measure 4" x 5" and make a striking impression. A sample can be seen hanging on the tree in the OCU LAW dean's office. See a gallery of photos of the ornament below
All proceeds from this ornament sale will benefit the OCU LAW Alumni Board Outstanding Student Award endowment.
