Professor Michael O’Shea talks D.C. v. Heller with KWTV’s Alex Cameron
As soon as the U.S. Supreme Court handed down a decision in the D.C. v. Heller case, OCU LAW Professor Michael O’Shea’s phone began to ring. O’Shea has been a noted follower of the case, contributing to nationally-known blogs, radio shows and newscasts on the landmark case, the first time the high court has ruled on the Second Amendment in almost 70 years. Once the 5-4 decision was announced, O’Shea was asked to speak to a number of local and national news outlets. In this video he discusses the case with Alex Cameron of Oklahoma City’s CBS affiliate, KWTV.
UPDATE: O’Shea also is the focus of a piece by John Greiner in today’s Oklahoman that talks about the ramifications of the D.C. v. Heller decision. The full text of the article is available at the Oklahoman’s website.
