Your Documents - Data Storage

While floppy disks remain a prevalent form of data storage, students are STRONGLY encouraged to save their documents onto USB flash memory drives. The university provides all students with a networked computer storage area called an X: drive. X: drives are special network storage areas set aside for each and every student. These areas are totally secure, accessible only by the student, and are stored on a redundant disk array to insure that the student's information will not be lost. Despite being furnished this storage free of charge, we still encourage the law students to use their own personal USB flash memory drives. Due to campus policy restrictions that are in effect, any information (homework, etc) saved to a lab computer is erased daily.
