Corporate Law Association
The Corporate Law Association's purpose is to engage in programs and projects that are in the interest of future corporate lawyers or those that wish to have exposure to corporate law. CLA seeks to provide a forum for students as well as to aid in the academic development of future corporate lawyers. Most importantly, and through the implementation of these goals, CLA seeks to represent the OCU School of Law in the surrounding corporate legal community.
CLA meets at least once every month, and membership is open to all OCU law students. Membership dues are only $20 for the academic year, pro-rated at $10 for those desiring the join in the Spring semester.

Corporate Law Association provides programs and opportunities for students to network with professionals in the field of corporate law, develop crucial skills for future corporate lawyers, and socialize with fellow law students who share common career interests in corporate law.
CLA also provides students not seeking a career in corporate law with invaluable exposure to this important and encompassing area of law.
