Background:
David W. Lee is an attorney and shareholder with the law firm of Comingdeer, Lee & Gooch. Mr. Lee's practice primarily consists of civil rights and employment defense, litigation, and appellate advocacy. Mr. Lee served as Chief of the Criminal and Federal Divisions of the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office for three Attorneys General. Mr. Lee also was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma, and an Assistant District Attorney in Washington and Oklahoma Counties. He was also an Assistant Public Defender in Oklahoma County.
