Background:
Professor Beveridge practiced law with the New York City law firm of Kramer, Marx, Greenlee & Backus and was chief legal officer of Amerace Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed company. He is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and has served as an expert witness in nationally significant cases in the field of corporate law.
