Background:
Before joining the OCU law faculty, Professor Eby practiced law with the Oklahoma City firm of Crowe & Dunlevy, with the Tulsa firm of Boesche, McDermott & Eskridge, and as a sole practitioner associated with a small Oklahoma City firm that represented parties in business bankruptcies. She also taught debtor/creditor law as adjunct faculty member of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She is currently a Special Justice on the Supreme Court of the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribe.
