Background:
Professor Johnson served as law clerk to Judge Betty Fletcher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, practiced law with the Washington, D.C., firm of Arnold & Porter, and was a staff attorney for the United States Sentencing Commission. He has served on a committee drafting revisions of Oklahoma's criminal jury instructions.
