Background:
Professor Morgan practiced law and served as a county and prosecuting attorney in Wyoming and was a member of the law faculty at the University of Wyoming prior to joining the OCU law faculty. While in Wyoming, he served as a member of the Wyoming Governor's Planning Commission for Criminal Justice Administration and as a consultant to the Wyoming Health Systems Agency. He now serves on the executive committee of the William J. Holloway American Inn of Court, which is affiliated with OCU School of Law. He is co-author together with John Morris and OCU Law Professor Patricia Hatamyar, of Oklahoma Trial Practice.
