Background:
Professor Morgan practiced law in Oklahoma City and was library director for the Oklahoma City firm of Kornfeld, Franklin & Phillips before joining the OCU law faculty. She has served as president of the Mid-America Association of Law Libraries, currently serves as treasurer of the Mid-America Law School Libraries Consortium, and is a past member of the board of directors of the Law Library Microform Consortium.
