Education:

Responsibilities:
Lee actively participates in library administration under the general direction of the law library director and in the director’s absence assumes responsibility for the administration of the library.  He supervises librarians and library staff, coordinates the instructional activities of the library including teaching two Advanced Legal Research courses, and selects and manages the law library’s electronic resources.  His duties as the Director of International Programs for the law school include coordinating and promoting international educational programs including summer abroad programs for law students. He directs the Certificate in American Law Program for Nankai University Law Students and Tianjin Bar Association Lawyers held each year in Oklahoma City.  He explores new opportunities for the law school in the area of international education.

Experience:
Lee's areas of emphasis include foreign and international legal research. Before coming to OCU in the summer of 2002 he was a graduate assistant at the University of Oklahoma Law Library. Lee is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma, Western District of Oklahoma, and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He practiced law in Oklahoma City for a year and a half before becoming a law librarian.
