Re-Entry Ministry at Redemption Church and Exodus House
An opportunity to help inmates facing release "re-enter" society free of pre-existing legal obstacles is available under the supervision of the Reverend Stan Basler and other lawyers. Reverend Basler is a licensed minister and lawyer who oversees the Re-Entry Ministry at Redemption Church and Exodus House in Oklahoma City. Students participating in this opportunity will conduct intake interviews with the inmate clients; research traffic citations, outstanding debts, and other legal obligations on the Oklahoma Supreme Court Network; and then help negotiate resolution of these issues to help clear the inmate clients' legal record upon re-entry into society.
