MULTI-CULTURAL LAW STUDENT ALLIANCE (MLSA)

Mission

The Multicultural Law Student Alliance is an organization committed to:

  • Promoting diversity in the legal profession.
  • Promoting acceptance of all people, racial harmony, and cultural awareness.
  • Working with the minority communities to enhance awareness of the needs and heighten sensitivity to the needs of the communities.
  • Serving the minority communities.
  • Instilling in the members of the organization the desire to become law students with sound ethics and values.
  • Fostering strong bonds with the law students and attorneys in the minority communities.
  • Advancing the ideals of equal justice under the law.
  • Stimulating academic excellence and to instill virtues of compassion and professional competence.
