Leichter Listening Library

ABOUT THE LIBRARY

The Leichter Listening Library is located in the Wanda L. Bass Music Center room B308. Oklahoma City University’s main library, Dulaney-Browne Library, houses 2,118 books, DVD’s and 244 periodicals relating to music, while the Leichter Listening Library in the Wanda L. Bass School of Music holds 8,011 music scores, 118 music reference books, 2,049 CD’s and 187 music audio resources and includes the Dean Mark Parker Music Education Resource Room, which houses 1,236 items including books, CD’s, DVD’s, method books, pedagogical tools and other materials relating specifically to Music Education.  An extensive LP collection of 4,657 recordings is split between Dulaney Browne Library and the Leichter Listening Library.  All of the materials are included in the main library Catalog.

LPs are in storage and available on request. Some are listed in the Catalog and others are listed in the Uncataloged LPs list.
