More than 120 students from Oklahoma City University’s Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment will take the stage for Home for the Holidays. The annual Broadway-style extravaganza captures the spirit of the season with high-energy numbers, colorful costumes and a Nativity of Christ’s birth.

More than 250 Oklahoma City University singers and orchestral musicians will celebrate the 38th annual Christmas Vespers concerts. The OKCU Symphony Orchestra will perform with the four OKCU vocal ensembles: University Singers, Ad Astra Women’s Chorus, the University Men’s Chorus and the Chamber Choir. The 2016 Vespers will feature Gloria by John Rutter and conclude with the traditional candlelight recessional based on Silent Night.

TheatreOCU presents a stage version of the quintessential Christmas story. This beloved American holiday classic, written by Joe Landry and based on the classic American film, comes to captivating life as a live radio broadcast, complete with live sound effects and commercial breaks. With the help of a small ensemble that brings numerous characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life on fateful Christmas Eve.
