The Agency - Student-Run Advertising and Public Relations Firm
The Agency is a student-run advertising and public relations firm. Created in 2007 by professor Moose Tyler, The Agency’s strategy is to provide a holistic approach to integrated marketing by uniting advertising, public relations, and media, and to ensure continual evolution of our services based on the needs of our clients, our university, and our community.
Students involved with The Agency get real-life experience with local, national, and university-wide clients. Working for The Agency gives students an arsenal of strategic thinking, writing, and presentation skills they can take into the advertising and public relations fields. It’s hands-on experience in a fast-paced learning environment. Students can’t get any closer to real world experience while still in college than working for The Agency.

The Campus Newspaper
The Campus, Oklahoma City University’s student newspaper, launched its redesigned web site today offering students, administrators, faculty, staff and alumni a new web resource.
The website, located at http://mediaocu.com/, offers campus, local and national news, as well as opinions. The student publications staff is operating the site. The site will be updated daily with news, sports and entertainment topics. Readers can discuss stories and other topics by using the site’s integrated message board.
The Campus online is returning to the World Wide Web after a one-year absence. During that time, the staff re-evaluated the site’s internal operations.
