OCU composers have been accepted to graduate composition programs at London's Royal College of Music, the Juilliard School, Manhattan School of Music, Yale School of Music, New England Conservatory, New York University's Graduate Musical Theater Writing Program at Tisch School for the Arts, San Francisco Conservatory, Cal Arts, University of Texas at Austin, Bowling Green State University, the Conservatory of Music at Univeristy of Missouri-Kansas City, and Florida State University.

Recent graduates are scoring films, working as sound designers in New York theater, writing music theater works, composing and arranging for multimedia applications, serving as music directors, touring the Austin band circuit, and teaching.
