The curriculum includes study of various styles and structures of composition and the student is expected to compose several complete works each year.
  • If piano is your major instrument, ensemble requirements consist of at least 4 semesters of accompanying, or a major ensemble.
  • If your major is instrumental, then your ensemble is University Orchestra and/or Band.
  • If voice is your major, then your ensemble is University Singers, Choral Union, or Chamber Choir.
