Call for Proposals
“UNITY THROUGH DIVERSITY,” Kramer School of Nursing's fifth annual CARING ACROSS CULTURES conference, September 26, 2008
In the United States, the phrase “E Pluribus Unum” (“From many, one”) suggests that the strength of the nation lies in its cultural diversity. Potential presenters are invited to submit proposals related to domestic and international cultural issues affecting nursing care, human relations, educational environments, and conflict resolution between cultures. Reports on research and evidence-based educational practices are particularly encouraged.

Proposals accepted will be announced by July 31, 2008.
Speakers for plenary sessions will receive an honorarium, free registration to the conference, and free lunch. Concurrent session and panel discussion speakers will receive free registration to the conference and free lunch.
Oklahoma City University reserves the right to print abstracts and use presenter information in the promotion of this event.
