The process to receive your certificate and transcript (C&T) can take up to ten to twelve weeks. The first step is to apply for graduation by completing the Application for Degree. Upon completing the form, it is to be sent to the Assistant Director of the Overseas Program who will perform a final degree check. If everything is correct, your file will be sent to the Registrar to confer the degree and order the certificate. It takes approximately six to eight weeks for a certificate order to be processed and returned to the Registrar's Office from the Herff Jones Company in Iola, Kansas.
If you complete your program prior to the end of a semester, the degree cannot be conferred and the certificate cannot be order until the Oklahoma City University on-campus graduation has occurred. For example, if your module ends in March, your C&T will not be issued until after May graduation. Spring semester ends in early May; Summer semester ends in late July and Fall semester ends in mid-December.
