Participate in campus activities and clubs to develop leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills

SOPHOMORE YEAR

Stay in touch with Career Services as you work through this important process

Inquire about internship opportunities or part-time job listings to explore career prospects and gain valuable experience

Develop a resume and cover letter

Complete the vocational assessment if you have not already done so

Schedule an individual appointment with Career Services to develop your Action Plan

JUNIOR YEAR

Revise your resume and cover letter

Schedule a "Mock Interview" to get prepared for your interviews

Become familiar with the graduate school admissions process and  meet with a Career Counselor to discuss your future academic and professional goals

Contact an Alumni Mentor through the alumni mentoring network to gather information  

Secure an internship or part-time employment in your field of interest

Submit applications for graduate school
