| Prior to OCU, Josh Waddell was the Assistant Director in the Career Development Center at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. He also served as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at Monmouth University where he oversaw the admissions process for several key programs, and taught as an adjunct faculty member.
As the Director of Career Services, Josh serves as the liaison to employers and is available for individual career counseling appointments with students and alumni to discuss a number of different topics including: career/major choice, job/internship search strategies, resume/cover letter writing, interviewing techniques and many other issues related to students’ career planning and placement.
He earned his BA in Sociology from Grinnell College, Grinnell, IA and his MSEd at Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ. He is from Oklahoma originally and excited to return to the area.
He is married to Kathy Waddell, and they have one child, Zack.

Jill Harris, BS

Prior to OCU, Jill Harris worked as a Land Technician at Chesapeake Energy Corporation.
Prior to that, she was an Employer Relations Coordinator in Career Services at Oklahoma State University for over two years. She worked with employers to help them get connected with students and alumni through a variety of avenues.
As Career Management Specialist at OCU, Jill will work with both students and employers to help them with their career needs. She is very passionate about helping others and looks forward to helping students and employers get connected.
Jill earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from East Central University, Ada, OK.
She is happily married to Josh Harris

Clint Normore, BS
Director, Multicultural Student Affairs / Career Advisor

Clint Normore was born in Wichita, Kansas to Clifford and Ernestine Normore. He is the youngest of five children, all of whom received a college education on basketball scholarships. He has a twin brother named Cliff.
In 2004 he was promoted to the Director of Multicultural Student Affairs. He is also a Career Services Advisor, manages the Clara Luper Scholarship Program and advises several student organizations. Through hard work and determination he has been honored as member of the University Leadership Team, Served on the University’s Strategic Planning Committee and selected by the President to Co-Chair the President’s Council on Diversity.
Clint has his Bachelor of Science Degree from UCO and is currently working towards his Masters in Business Administration from OCU. He is married and has three children who are currently in college. |
