Welcome to the Office of Student Financial Services

The Student Financial Services Office, Student Accounts, is located at 2501 N. Blackwelder, Room 340, in the Clara Jones Administration Building. Hours of operation are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.

Summer hours of operation begin May 10, 2010 through July 30, 2010 are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Thursday. Offices will be closed on Friday.

We look forward to being able to assist you with a variety of services. Our purpose is to provide quality service to OCU students by helping them with their student accounts, offering cashiering services, issuing OCU Student ID Cards, and ensuring that any financial aid that has been awarded and accepted is accurately reflected on a student’s account. Many of our services are available to the student via the web, including schedules, student status, copies of recent statements and updated account information. Please refer to the links listed at the side.

Payment for each semester is due in full by the first date of class as published in the OCU official academic calendar. An installment plan is available that offers 4 payments in the fall and spring semesters and 2 payments for each of the summer semesters. Enrollment in an installment plans may be done online by signing into your Star Access Account, choose the "Student" tab, choose "Student Account", choose "Online Payment and Installment Plan" twice. From here you can make online payments, enroll in the installment plan for the semester, and authorize other persons to be able to see and pay your account with their own sign on information. Contact the Student Financial Services Office for more information on installment plans. Prior to the beginning of each semester, statement notification will be sent to your OCU.stu email address ONLY. For more information call 208.5146 or email: stuservices@okcu.edu.

All refunds from your student account are done by direct deposit only. Any changes or additions of direct deposit information may be made by choosing the Direct Deposit Application in our list of choices and submiting the form to the Student Financial Services Office for processing.
