Cokesbury Court Apartments

Looking for a place to live on-campus but want a different atmosphere than the dorms? Cokesbury Court may be the answer for you. Available to OCU sophomores, non-traditional students, and above, Cokesbury Court offers amenities not found in the dormitories.

Located on the western side of the OCU campus, Cokesbury Court is a gated community that provides students with an opportunity to still live on campus but in an apartment setting. The apartments come with full kitchens, including stove, dishwasher, and normal-sized refrigerator, and full-sized bathrooms. All residents have their own bedrooms.

Cokesbury Court offers three types of apartments to choose from: a one bedroom, unfurnished studio model; a two bedroom, two bathroom furnished model; and a four bedroom, two bathroom furnished model.

A clubhouse in the middle of the grounds provides a laundry room in addition to a commons area where students can relax or study. Outside of the clubhouse, a pool and hot tub provide easy ways to cool off after a long day of class.
