Stress-Stock 2007

           Students, staff and faculty welcome to all
Stress Stock Events

MONDAY  NOVEMBER 26:
Come for a free YOGA class conducted by Dee Mathis.  The class will take place in the  Tom and Brenda McDaniel Student Center Ballroom.   Wear appropriate clothing and bring a towel or mat. 

TUESDAY  NOVEMBER 27:
Come by the Cafeteria at noon and get a stress ball!!

WEDNESDAY  NOVEMBER 28:
Personal Counseling is celebrating and acknowledging World AIDS Day as part of Stress Stock this year.  Come to the Meinders lobby between 10:00 and 2:00 for info.  Come buy an World AIDS Day T Shirt designed by an OCU Student!  Proceeds to benefit RAIN of OKLAHOMA.

World AIDS Day 2007THURSDAY  NOVEMBER 29:
Take care of yourself!  RAIN will be on campus to provide info about AIDS and HIV awareness.  Come by our booth outside the Caf for info. We will also be doing confidential HIV testing on campus.

FRIDAY NOVEMBER 30:
WORLD AIDS DAY is December 1.  Come  by the cafeteria between 10:00 and 2:00 and buy your World AIDS Day T shirt designed by an OCU student!  Proceeds from T shirt sales will benefit RAIN of OKLAHOMA.

Mission

The mission of Personal Counseling Services is to enhance emotional development and maximize students’ problem solving and decision-making capabilities. The goal of Personal Counseling Services is to support students in making confident, effective and satisfying life choices. In accordance with this mission, the office acts to support and enhance the personal, social and intellectual functioning of Oklahoma City University students. Resources provided include a broad spectrum of remedial, preventative and psychodynamic services.
