University Counseling Staff

Director of University Counseling - Brandi Gibson, LMFT, LADC

Brandi is a graduate of both the University of Central Oklahoma, where she received her Bachelor of Education, and Southern Nazarene University where she received her Master of Art in Marital and Family Therapy. Brandi has spent several years working with individuals and families who were participants in the Oklahoma County Drug Court system, TANF Child Welfare, Community Service, and OK County Department of Corrections.

Brandi has experience working with individuals with anxiety issues, depression issues, trauma issues, as well as sexual orientation and drug and alcohol related issues. She is currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She is also a part of the Train the Trainers program at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse where she teaches courses on Mental Health First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
