Appeals

Appeals to a decision must be made in writing and with a $50 deposit. If the decision is overruled the deposit will be returned. If the decision is upheld the deposit will be added to the Intramural Sports Program budget. The appeals committee will consist of one (1) administrator and two (1) Faculty or staff and (1) student. The Intramural Sports Director will not rule on any appeals. The appeals committee will be given a copy of the dispute and a copy of the ruling. The appeals committee will return a verdict within one month of receiving the appeal. The ruling will be final.

Free Agents/Trades

There will be two (2) free agent/ trade periods throughout the year. The first free agent/ trade period will be November 1st-30th. The second free agent/ trade period will be March 1st-28th. Paperwork must be on file in the Intramural office by 12:00pm. During these periods teams competing for the above title must request permission from the league director to add free agents or make trades. Teams submitting their request will be allowed free agent pick-ups that bring their team total to a maximum of 15 players. Once the free agents are signed and trades are made the participants can no longer compete for the All Sports Championship for any other team. Free agent pick-ups are final and will remain apart of that teams official roster unless they are traded.
